AgriTech Safety Lab

Our mission is to advance agricultural safety and health through applied research and Extension activities focused on engineering solutions for injury prevention and the protection of farmers. We address critical issues in agricultural incidents by collaborating with researchers across the U.S. and with global partners from several countries. With funding from state and federal agencies and partnerships with multiple research centers, our work emphasizes practical innovations that enhance safety and well-being for those in the agricultural sector.

Northwest AI Hub at UC Davis

The Northwest AI Hub at UC Davis is dedicated to advancing workforce development in semiconductor manufacturing, microelectronics, and AI by providing hands-on training, internships, and research opportunities. Through partnerships with community colleges, California State Universities, K-12 schools, and industry leaders, we equip students and educators with the skills needed for careers in emerging technologies.

Universal Basic Mobility Pilot Programs In California

This website highlights evaluation studies of UBM pilots in Oakland and Bakersfield, CA. The evaluations considered how the mobility services provided in each pilot were utilized by participants, impacts on participants’ lives, and best practices for UBM program design and administration. 

Systems Support Group

The Systems Support Group provides IT service to the Computer Science department of UC Davis, and is partnered with the College of Engineering IT Shared Services.

Distance Learning Program

UC Davis Distance Learning Program (DLP) classes are available to Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). Typically, full-time staff at LLNL enroll in one course per quarter; thus, a master’s degree program takes approximately three years and a doctoral degree program takes approximately five to six years to complete.
