What is Aggie AI?

Aggie AI is a helper tool that provides suggestions and feedback based on the content already present on your page. This tool will:

  • make suggestions for:
    • titles
    • page summaries
    • tags
  • provide a readability score based on the Flesch scale to gauge how easy or difficult it is to read your content, then provide suggestions for how you might modify the text for your intended audience.

Where is Aggie AI located?

Aggie AI is available from the Additional Options panel visible on the right side of your screen while you're in Edit mode.

How to use Aggie AI

  1. Open the page you wish to work on and click its Edit tab.
  2. Add text content if you haven't already, perhaps with the help of AI Assistant.
  3. Look under Additional Options and click on the Aggie AI tab, located under the Revision log message field and above the SEO tab.
  4. The tab will expand to show:
    A list of four tabs for Suggest title, Summarize text, Evaluate readability, Suggest taxonomy tags.
     
  5. Click on any of the tabs to expand them and you'll be offered the following:
Suggest title
  1. Click "Select the field(s) you wish to send to the LLM"
  2. Pick one or more fields to be included for consideration
  3. Click on Suggest title
  4. A suggestion will be presented that you can copy and paste to your Title field
Summarize text
  1. Click "Select the field(s) you wish to send to the LLM"
  2. Pick one or more fields to be included for consideration
  3. Click on Summarize
  4. A suggestion will be presented that you can copy and paste to your Summary field or use for other purposes
Suggest taxonomy tags
  1. Click "Select the field(s) you wish to send to the LLM".
  2. Pick one or more fields to be included for consideration.
  3. Decide if you want to check the Use source vocabulary, which will then display a list of the available Vocabularies on your site. Pick one.
  4. If you've organized a particular Vocabulary into a preferred sort order instead of the default alphabetical, check the Use source vocabulary's full hierarchy box.
  5. Click the Suggest taxonomy terms button and copy and paste any of the results presented.
Evaluate readability
  1. Click "Select the field(s) you wish to send to the LLM"
  2. Pick one or more fields to be included for consideration
  3. Click the Score readability button.
  4. A Flesch scale rating will be assigned based on the fields you selected. You may want to consider adjustments to the text depending on the reading level of your intended audience. If you're uncertain how to approach making the text more readable, consider using the AI Assistant.
